PDF Case Review documentation

• How-to guides: task-oriented: set up categories, scanned PDFs, very large PDFs, install a command-line AI assistant, an AI reviewer, staying compliant with HBS AI policies, personal and school Claude accounts. For maintainers: publish a release, upload a release by hand.
• Reference: commands, keybindings, settings, the sidecar file.
